Hi, I'm Inga,

yoga and meditation teacher, functional breathing instructor, and mental health advocate.

I help yoga students and teachers unlock the healing power of the practice by integrating the
science of breathing and functional movement into yoga.

Breathe less, move more and let it transform your practice, health and life.

WHY DID YOU START PRACTISING YOGA?

Chances are, like me, it was to find relief from stress.

But did you know that the way we’re often taught to breathe in yoga classes actually triggers the stress response?

TO BREATHE BETTER, WE NEED TO BREATHE LESS - not  just slowing down our breathing, but also reducing the volume of the breaths.

My mission is to share the incredible science behind the WHY and empower you with practical tools for the HOW.

CHRONIC OVERBREATHING IS LINKED TO A VARIETY OF HEALTH PROBLEMS

THE WAY YOU BREATHE EITHER WORKS FOR YOU OR AGAINST YOU

When we experience health challenges, we often focus on fixing the symptoms, but too often it's not the root cause.

Our health begins with the breath.  Breathing influences every organ and system in your body, from your heart and lungs to your brain and nervous system.

With over 20,000 breaths a day, even small deviations from natural, functional breathing will profoundly affect your health.

Discover the science of functional breathing, learn to breathe less, and reclaim your well-being - one breath at a time.

Be the first to know when you can sign up to this Life-Changing course!

A transformational journey where the science of breathing meets the timeless wisdom of yoga

“When prana moves, chitta (mind) moves.

When prana is without movement, chitta is without movement.

By this steadiness of prana, the yogi attains steadiness and should thus restrain the vayu (air).”

- Hatha Yoga Pradipika Swami Muktabodhananda, p. 150

LONGER THOUGHTS

,,

You are so good at creating flows!
I always enjoy it so much being guided through your series of poses and movements that gradually build up and then slow down again. It's always perfect. Already looking forward to our next session.
